We are the new owners of 150 Glenview Road, South Orange (closed 2/13/09). Robert Northfield has been our agent throughout the transaction and we wanted to dedicate a few words and share our experience working with Robert throughout the search/offer/closing process.

6) A well connected agent who could assist in building a team of great professionals that could help expedite the closing process and move through the turbulent process as smoothly as possible.
After meeting with 8 different agents, we have met with Robert and decided to work with him right away. The difference in the level of professionalism was immediately noticeable. Besides being friendly and courteous, Robert was able to read our intentions and style very quickly and arranged an attractive selection of houses on each and every one of our visits. Not a single minute was wasted scouting ?dead beat? properties. Robert provided us with clear guidance throughout the negotiations and closing procedure along with checklists and tips about each and every twist and turn. Robert was also great in teaching us about the area, the property values, contractual work, landscaping and interior design. Overall, Robert not only met all our criteria, he far exceeded it. The only thing we regret is that we spent a full month meeting with 8 other agents before we met with Robert.
